Terre Interiors Limited (14080059) ("us", "we", or "our") uses personal information in accordance with the principles set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Integrity and confidentiality – we keep personal data safe and protected against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures.

Security

The security of personal information is important to us but no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

In the event of a data breach, we will follow guidance published by the Information

Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and will notify the ICO, if required.

Records

His Majesty’s Revenue & Customs requires us, as a limited company, to meet specific tax and reporting obligations. In accordance with these responsibilities, in relation to client for whom we complete design work, we retain records of transactions, including company invoices, supplier invoices, and other such financial records for a period of six years (plus the current year).

All data held in relation to subscribers to our newsletter is done so in accordance with this Data Privacy Policy. Changes To This Data Privacy Policy

This Data Privacy Policy is effective as of 26 May 2022, will be reviewed annually, and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Data Privacy Policy at any time and any changes will be communicated to interested parties. Continued use of our services after we post any modifications to the Data Privacy Policy will constitute acknowledgment of the modifications and consent to abide and be bound by the modified Data Privacy Policy.
