Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and will notify the ICO, if required.
Records
His Majesty’s Revenue & Customs requires us, as a limited company, to meet specific tax and reporting obligations. In accordance with these responsibilities, in relation to client for whom we complete design work, we retain records of transactions, including company invoices, supplier invoices, and other such financial records for a period of six years (plus the current year).

Continued use of our services after we post any modifications to the Data Privacy Policy will constitute acknowledgment of the modifications and consent to abide and be bound by the modified Data Privacy Policy.
